THE RIGHTEOUS SHALL LIVE BY HIS FAITH (Ps)
It is amazing to know that we have been called to stand on the rampart and watch. Teach us, Holy One, that this rampart is a spiritual fortress, a place of safety where we can defend ourselves against the onslaught of the enemy. Make us aware that this is a time when we must set a watch from a high place in the Spirit, where we need to see and discern the battle. We believe that by the power of the Holy Spirit, we will be able to fight from that place of strength and wisdom to gain the victory over every attack. Give us the strength to be strong and of good courage. Open our eyes to see that our battles will always reveal places of self-reliance and weakness. Let us stand our watch to set ourselves on the rampart, and watch to see what You will say to us.
It is important, as we continue to come to maturity, that we maintain a healthy spiritual atmosphere. Reveal to us our environment because we must establish the divine kingdom personally before it can extend beyond us to our family, church, and work. Make us aware that your work through us will always be an overflow of our relationship with you and our obedience to your word. We proclaim Your word, live Your word, and love Your word, for we shall love the LORD our God with all our heart, with all our soul, and with all our mind, for this is the first and great commandment. Amen.
Hab 2:1 I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.
