MAJESTY OF HIS PERSONAL POWER ( Lw)
“My life is overmastered, held as in a vise, the love of Christ. Says Paul, until there is nothing else on the horizon, it is the love of God. The beautiful love of Christ constrains me, an unhindered way to follow. I am gripped by the love of GOD, that’s why I act like Him. Only one thing I am living for, and that is to persuade men of the judgment seat of God, AND the love of Christ.
PRAYER:
Lord, help us when we hear your voice, then we know that the Spirit of God is setting a unhindered way in our lives. We will take everything that happens as happening to you, whether it be praise, blame, or no one can stand like that for Jesus, who is not constrained by the majesty of His personal power. Lord, this abandonment, to the love of Christ, is the one thing that bears fruit in our lives, and it will always leave the impression of the holiness and the power of God. We realize it is not of our personal holiness, Amen
2Co 5:14 For it is Christ’s love that fuels our passion and motivates us, because we are absolutely convinced that he has given his life for all of us. This means all died with him, 2Co 5:15, so that those who live should no longer live self-absorbed lives but lives poured out for him—the one who died for us and now lives again.
